Remove code from sdnc/core which has been refactored to the CCSDK sli/core project as part of the ONAP Amsterdam release. Added README.md files for each former sdnc/core component redirecting the reader to the correct CCSDK repo. 2017-04-07Fix assembly xmls for maven-assembly-plugin v2.2+Gary Wu2-2/+4
Starting in version 2.2, maven-assembly-plugin requires an id tag in the assembly descriptor xmls. This patch allows the project to be built in environments that use newer versions of maven-assembly-plugin.
