XSS Vulnerability fix in AppsControllerExternalRequest
@SafeHtml annotation is used to fix this problem.
This patch also fix some minor issues:
* isAuxRESTfulCall() method delete. Method was nowhere used.
* '.length() == 0' changed to '.isEmpty()'
