[SDNC] SDNC resource limits corrected
As the SDNC pod JVM limits are set to max 6Gi, the pod limits need to
be increased as well, otherwise the pod gets OOMKilled.
Instead of using fixed memory limits, now the maxRAMPercentage is defined.
