Fixing CSIT ETSI NFVO Failures on Master + Small Refactoring
- Due to Camunda Engine changes we needed to update the Camunda Engine SQL file. We don't want to effect any other components, so replacing this just within our tests. - Extracting image versions for MariaDB and NFVO containers. - Updated Maven Repos to use HTTPS as required now. - Refactored the WAIT script code in Setup.sh.
