Benchmark Release Notes

The main work of this stage of the Benchmark project is based on vCPE Use Case for S3P testing at ONAP Beijing Release.

**New Features**
* Conducted large-scale concurrent testing in real cloud and virtual cloud environments respectively,
* Completed the function verification of vCPE Use Case.
* Improved many points for vCPE Use Case test scripts to handle large scale concurrency scenarios. All test scripts have been checked into Benchmark repo.
* Submitted 12 JIRA tickets to further improve the OANP and vCPE Use Case automation scripts.
