Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/ccsdk/cds.git from branch 'master'
to ac4118dcf7fe93455eae31427d08cee9dc30db4a
- Merge "Add Artifact Manager service."
- Add Artifact Manager service.
Adds a micro service that offers gRPC interface for CBA artifacts manipulation. By default the
service is attached to py-executor but can be ran as a separate service if needed in the future.
