Upgrade prh-app-server to 1.5.5
Changes in the new version include:
Spring Web from 5.2.12 to 5.3.3
Spring Boot from 2.2.4.RELEASE to 2.4.2
Spring Cloud from Greenwich.SR1 to 2020.0.1
