Refactor for CCSDK UEB Listener
Changes made: Moved DB insertions into model classes. Added SdncGroupModel object. Added policy ingestion in SdncBaseModel. Cleanup in SdncUebCallback. Changed sdc.tosca.version to 1.3.5 in pom.xml.
