Release 1.14.7 container image for graphadmin
- use Java 11
- upgrade spring-boot (2.4.13 -> 2.5.15)
- fix vulnerabilities
- replace heap_size jvm args with MaxRAMPercentage to scale dynamically with the K8s limits
