Switch to Ubuntu 20.04
- remove unused configuration from Dockerfile
- improve Dockerfile configuration: follow best practices described at https://docs.docker.com/develop/develop-images/dockerfile_best-practices/
- switch to Ubuntu 20.04
- reduce size of docker image
