Fix ref to Appendix in R-16777, R-18525, R-47849
The format of the documentation has changed from 3 Appendix (A, B, and C) to a single one in Chapter 8. Changed the references in text to point to correct part of Chapter 8 Issue-ID: VNFRQTS-208 Change-Id: Ic164db13a1e482613d074cf3f61c9f894a0377da Signed-off-by: joquiltyL <john.quilty@ericsson.com>
