Clean CDS INFO.yaml

Update of the INFO.yaml
- removal of Daniel Rose and Marco (no active in Guilin)
- removal of Trevor Placid (company change)
- add Jozsef Csongvai (Bell): he replaced Trevor and creadted almost all the code related to CDS test
