Add Rollback and Manual for CM BBs for rainy day handling table
Add rollback flow generation logic for Change Management flows.
Update Robot tests for ConfigModify Manual Task
Add a test for rollback for inPlaceSoftwareUpdate, remove
manualhandling tests for inPlaceSoftwareUpdate
