Fix sonar issues in mso-openstack-adapters
Fix Either log or rethrow this exception
Fix Replace the type specification in this constructor call with the diamond operator ("<>")
Fix Remove this unused local variable
Fix Iterate over the "entrySet" instead of the "keySet"
