2020-04-21	Fix catalog-fe plugin online checking	andre.schmid	1	-0/+452
	ESAPI encoder cannot be loaded due to a missing ESAPI.properties file in path, which causes an exception and breaks the online checking call. The plugin is always shown as offline.
