Fix cs-init SchemaFileImport error file creation
Fix issue in SdcSchemaFileImport "STDERR: Error in file creation :
data, /tmp/sdctool/tosca/data-types/data.yml
(No such file or directory)", during the cassandra init.
Introduced by SDC-2898.
