	The policy models tosca classes ToscaPolicyIdentifier and ToscaPolicyIdentifierOptVersion can be used to identify any TOSCA concept, not just TOSCA policies so they are renamed to ToscaConceptIdentifier and ToscaCinceptIdentifierOptVersion respectively. The class ToscaPolicyTypeIdentifier is redundant and is replaced by ToscaConceptIdentifier.
