Incoming values were not expanded in network logs for several
drools-applications. Current patch makes them more verbose.

Added logger statments to network.log for AAI, SO,
PDPX Guard, and VFC for all inbound/outbound traffic.

This includes VoLTE support for the amsterdam template.
As of right now all use cases are able to get a final
success with guard disabled and no A&AI GET queries.
Currently, the GET query is not working in the lab.
I will address this in another pull request.

Adding code to insert VFC reponse in working
memory and handling that response. Also adding
JUNIT and yaml file for VoLTE usecase.

This patch adds VFC Actor code and updates drool template for VFC.
This is WIP patch. There are two opens for this patch that are
still in discussion
1) AA&I fields in onset event
2) VFC URL, username and password
