oom/offline-installer - This repo contains SRC code for offline installer solution. It can be primarily used for ONAP offline deployments using OOM charts however it can be used for other offline deployments as well as it's concept is quite generic.

	In package-repository-check was changed command module to service module due to lint failing. Failing was caused by errors: [301] Commands should not change things if nothing needs doing [303] service used in place of service module Added molecule test.
