oom - Introduces the ONAP Platform OOM (ONAP Operations Manager) to efficiently Deploy, Manage, Operate the ONAP platform and its components (e.g. MSO, DCAE, SDC, etc.) and infrastructure (VMs, Containers).

	Move subcharts to components folder in order to be able to enable/disable them one by one. Also use certInitializer to retrieve truststore in order to be able to discuss with other ONAP components.
