As for main cassandra chart, with Azure and also some internal deployments, `nodepool status` takes more than 3 seconds and so cassandra is not coming up or quite randomly. Portal uses currently a customized, old Cassandra Image (cassandra_music:3.0.0) which doesn't support dual stack (IPv4 and IPv6).
