Updating all helm chart versions to 5.0.0 for the El Alto release. Merge will be co-ordinated with the merge of a separate aai/oom patch. Please do not merge until this coordination has completed. 2019-02-10Update Chart version for Dublin ReleaseMike Elliott2-2/+2
All charts are being bumped from 3.0.0 to 4.0.0 for the Dublin release. In addition the requirement.yaml files have been updated to allow for chart versions that include timestamp suffix. A following on patch will take care of changes to the OOM Makefiles to support injection of the timestamp versions. If you try and change the service type from a nodeport to a cluster IP things break. We never really exercise this code path in testing but if you want to experiment with a totally internal network environment you need to be able to turn off node ports. Introducing a common template to be used by all ONAP helm charts to ensure consistency in repository resolution. This will allow the default repository in a chart to be overridden with a global.repository value and then, if need be, have the global.repository value be overridden on a per chart basis using a repositoryOverride configuration value. In the future will look at trying to address 3rdparty repository resolution in a simular manor.
