2022-08-17[COMMON] Update Makefiles to enable parallelizationAndreas Geissler1-5/+12
All Makefiles are updated to support SKIP_LINT option, have a defined order of compilation (common -> components) to support the parallel compilation of charts using: make all -j8 (for 8 Jobs). This commit makes APPC chart to use the new generator for repositories and images. As new templates doesn't work well with "sub charts", we move also subcharts to components folder.
