oom - Introduces the ONAP Platform OOM (ONAP Operations Manager) to efficiently Deploy, Manage, Operate the ONAP platform and its components (e.g. MSO, DCAE, SDC, etc.) and infrastructure (VMs, Containers).

	The initialization data appear as resources to the chart. The templates were modified to define ConfigMaps and Deployment to mount them to the aaf-cass container when it starts. 2020-06-08	[AAF SMS] Use certInitializer for certificates	Sylvain Desbureaux	1	-0/+21
	AAF SMS was hardcoding its certificates in the container. This patch makes use of certInitializer in order to retrieve "fresh" certificates. In order to use certInitiliazer in a sub component, we had to move charts to component and add the right requirements.
