[COMMON] Fix shell scripts missing shebangs
pointed out by checkbashisms.
$ tox -e checkbashisms |grep 'interpreter line' | cut -d' ' -f2
|xargs grep -lv '#!/bin/sh' | xargs sed -i -e '1i#!/bin/sh' -e '1i\\'
plus manual fixes
