[AAI] 15.0.0 chart release

- update graphadmin image (1.14.7 -> 1.15.1)
- update babel image (1.13.3 -> 1.13.4)
- update resources image (1.14.7 -> 1.15.1)
- make logging partially configurable and less verbose
