Kubespray uses iptables by default for implementing a form of virtual IP. Ipvs has better performance when syncing proxy rules than iptables. This change sets that configuration option. The amount of configuration values included in the KRD is huge and needs to be reduced as minimum possible for showing the features that need to be setup in Kubespray. This change removes the default configuration values and enables NGINX Ingress controller.
