The current tests can be separated in two categories: unit test and integration tests. The criteria depends on the scope or dependencies required for the test. The current architecture offers the possibility to add more plugins and extend the its functionality. This flexibility has to be supported during the compilation process. This change modify the Makefile to find plugins and compile them. It also adds a start.sh script which allows to run MultiCloud services without the need of packaging their binaries in a container. The building process differed from the build.sh script and Makefile. In other words, the docker images were created with different instructions than development process. This patch centralizes these instructions in a single source for building binaries.
