  - Leverage ArgumentParser facilities for input options validation
    
    The hassle of casting and validating input options values is moved
    from the script logic directly into the ArgumentParser's object
    instantiation.

  - Kill the 'sleep' process as well
    
    ROP_file_creator.sh spawns 'sleep' cmd as a child
    hence it needs to be killed as well on clean up.
