Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/integration.git from branch 'master'

- Move tests to their own directory
File layout was also restructured for better
readability.

- Extend unit tests for provisioning management service
This adds additional unit tests for the service provider for
PATCH and DELETE request methods.
