Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/oom.git from branch 'master'
to 7cccd2a303d4f61dee5aa2ab5da701bd9e18fec8
- Merge "[PORTAL] Move portal subcharts to components"
- [PORTAL] Move portal subcharts to components
In order to allow to define dependencies per subchart let's move all
of them to components and make sure that they can be build
independently.
