Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/oom/offline-installer.git from branch 'master'
to e3c829675916391011e86ee78a404570b99bc51a
- Merge "Molecule tests for resource-data role"
- Molecule tests for resource-data role
Initial molecule tests. Tests now ssh transfer but
test files fully supports also testing nfs transfer.
Creating nfs transfer as separate scenario later when
find out better ways to share common code.
