Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/appc.git from branch 'master'
to a0c771eb01a35f907394582f3febb42d39f25799
- Change parent version to snapshot
Changing the parent version to snapshot in order to
build with the new version of appc parent which has
the Fluorine SR2 ccsdk parent poms.
