Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/appc.git from branch 'master'
to 003dea294fda8a0e4043665dbfe8ff5c3f018d05
- upgrade async-http-client version
The installation dependencies can be removed because they
are not being used anymore.
Removing the async-http-client from being packaged into the
installer will remove the security vulnerability.
