Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/ccsdk/distribution.git from branch 'master'
to b8ea4fbbf2c504a660843007e362098b25fd3b5a
- Merge "Fix dgbuilder image runtime dependencies"
- Fix dgbuilder image runtime dependencies
Move npm install into docker build phase, where it should be. Due to the
nature of the upstream project (node-RED) there can be still some
runtime dependencies - it depends on the use-case.
