Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/ccsdk/distribution.git from branch 'master'
to 707c6a1ab19a63dcbf375bf7c1ee503ea69ac5f0
- Create ONAP-specific ODL distro
Instead of using OpenDaylight tarball, create custom ONAP ODL distribution
that only contains the components used by SDNC and/or APPC
