Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/integration.git from branch 'master'
to 1d1242bdb515a5f4e4646d1a5bf63dd4c2bb7342
- Remove Deprecated VVP from Integration
In Dublin, the web application portion of VVP is being deprecated,
and no longer maintained. A command-line version will be retained
in vvp/validation-scripts, but there will be no deployed version
going forward.
