Fixed vbrg Install, env and yaml scipts
Fixed bugs in vCPE vbrg emulator install script
Modified Script to include different build modes
Fixed here documents bind_nic.sh and set_nat.sh
Commented out the 192.168.1.0/24 network
configurations in the yaml and env files
