Fix loading SSL Context when certpaths not exist in configuration1.8.0
- Make cert paths field optional in configuration.
- Allow to skip ssl context load.
- Make PublisherConfig and SubscriberConfig fields optional.
- Remove Auth Header when AAF credentials are empty
