(DCAE SDK, Spring, Reactor update)
- Update cloudify version in son-handler blueprint
- Update PM-Mapper to 1.5.0 (Reactor update)
- Update BBS-EP to 2.1.0 (DCAE SDK, Spring update)
- Update blueprints to import k8splugin as range between
3.4.3 and 4.0.0 (Cloudify container was decided to only keep
one version of k8splugin)
