Springboot Integration tests improvements

Creation of CpsIntegrationSpecBase
Demonstration of test class implementing CpsIntegrationSpecBase in CpsPersistenceSpec
Tests use reduced liquibase steps, basic bookstore yang model and bookstore json payload
