Support 2 CPS instances in Prometheus/Grafana
- Specify both cps-and-ncmp instances in Prometheus config
- Add default JVM Micrometer dashboard to Grafana, taken from
https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/4701-jvm-micrometer/
