Reduce dataspace/anchor lookups in CpsDataService
- Use Anchor object instead of names in processDataUpdatedEventAsync
- Use Anchor object instead of names in buildDataNodes
- Avoid unnecessary ArrayList copy in updateDataNodesAndDescendants
