rename nf-proxy to network-cm-proxy
This commit renames two modules cps-nf-proxy-rest and
cps-nf-proxy-service to cps-ncmp-rest, cps-ncmp-service.
Docker image names are also changed respectively.
Swagger auto generated api files are also modified.
