Migrate cps-ri performance tests to integration-test module
- Migrate update and delete data service tests, using openroadm model
- Move module service tests to integration-test module
- Update performance test timings
- Remove all performance-related files from cps-ri
- Remove performance profile from cps-ri pom.xml
