Add DataNodeNotFoundException to deleteDataNodes
Current implementation of NCMP handle de-registration relies on
DataNodeNotFoundException being thrown to report errors.
- Make deleteDataNodes throw DataNodeFoundExceptionBatch
- Update performance test timings
