New unit tests and sonar fixes
Assertion arguments should be passed in the correct order in:
- CldsReferencePropertiesItCase
- LoggingUtils
Remove of duplicate code in LoggingUtils.
Typo in README file.
Add LoggingUtilsTest unit test.
