The clm job portion needs to be on its own project section similar to the Sonar portion. The reason behind this, is because we only want this job to be running for master and no other branches. Also, this is in preparation for the work that is to come from global-jjb on application names in CLM. After upgrading to JJB 2.2.0 any nested parameters up to 3 levels will be reported as a failure. We need to fix those so that there is only 2 levels maximum. Committing this as a single patch since our verify job is broken. Those instructions are inlcuded in a tox.ini file which needs to be included as part of Jenkins jobs.
