Some apt script tasks depend on Ubuntu and we need to move to this node meanwhile we figure how to make them work on Centos. Disbable signing too since SIGUL only works on Centos. The clm job portion needs to be on its own project section similar to the Sonar portion. The reason behind this, is because we only want this job to be running for master and no other branches. After upgrading to JJB 2.2.0 any nested parameters up to 3 levels will be reported as a failure. We need to fix those so that there is only 2 levels maximum. Committing this as a single patch since our verify job is broken. Rather than hardcoding this parameter as part of the maven-docker-push-daily macro, we are passing it as a "mvn-params" parameter from the project's JJB template. Notice that this change IS NOT adding "Dmaven.test.skip=true" but rather moving it away from the macro into the project's template to handle it individually per project. Clamp has a bunch it tests which needs a mariadb docker container. Recent changes on availability of the DOCKER_REGISTRY env variable force the registry to 'nexus3.onap.org' instead of docker.io.
