Appc sonar increase java memory
Build is failing due to heap space.
The value seemed to be set very low, especially since its
running on an 8gb system. I also removed the MaxPermSize
since it is not used anymore:
"ignoring option MaxPermSize=256m; support was removed in 8.0"
